The Protagonist from Baroque is a blue-haired boy who does what the Archangel tells him to do. He doesn't have too much of a personality, sadly. If you need a voice, though, I'll give it a go.
Possible moves:
Normal B: Spinning charge move (Takes a second to change up). About 8:10 in the video.
Side B: Throwing a sword (Weapons can be thrown in Baroque.)
Up Special: Not sure, but probably a kicking jump?
Down special: Throwing meat instead of a sword. It's not as powerful, but it drops food as a result.
Final Smash: Angelic. It's the huge gun on his back. He could shoot it, and whoever is hit by it will be sent flying or get massive damage? After all, it is oh-so-powerful that it can only be used 5 times per playthough in Baroque.
He'd probably be a slow-ish character. More powerful than Link, but a bit slower, perhaps?
EDIT: Oh, and if you need a symbol, look at the loading screen to the game, and use the cross there.
EDIT 2: Oh, another thing...
I think that Protagonist should be in, as he isn't very well-known, and he needs some attention. Baroque is for the PS2 and Wii. PS2 games are hardly ever sold anymore, and Wii gets a lot of criticism. Therefore, he doesn't tend to get very noticed. He also looks like he'd fit SNBM. He's kinda... Nuke-y? I guess?
