Character Discussion : Goku

Yep,the Sayian hero of Earth will be entering the Nuke(if he gets confirmed)!
Here's what I got so far.
Entrance:He rides to the battlefield on his Flying Nimbus,and jumps off when he reaches the battlefield.
Idle:Idk.
Taunt:Idk.
Win:Idk.
Lose:Idk.
Standard Special:Kamehameha - this move is chargeable,but if you use it too soon,only a ball of ki(energy) comes out.A fully charged Kamehameha would equal 25% in damage.This can also be done in the air and Goku can aim where he blasts the Kamehameha.
Side Special:Kaio-Ken attack-Works just like the Light Speed Dash.
Up Special:Instant Transmission - Goku uses some of his energy to teleport on the stage.He can teleport twice.Credit to GY.
Down Special:Kaio-Ken - Goku goes into Kaio Ken Mode and his attacks become srtonger. This can sometimes be multiplied.x2:75% of the time,x5:15%,and x10:10%.
Ok,I have 2 Super Nukes.
1.Spirit Bomb:Goku makes a small Spirit Bomb and throws it.Anyone who gets hit will be blasted into the sky.50% damage is dealt to whoever gets hit,or a Star KO happens.Other people can get caught in the blast too.
2.Super Sayian Goku:Goku goes Super Sayian,and his attacks are stronger,and his speed is faster.
Anyone can help me think of something on this topic.

Try Goku on Super Smash Bros. Crusade. That'll give you an idea for a moveset.

Also, he has 2 Final Smashed, depending on what mode he's in (Normal or Kaioken Mode).

Change the up special to just him flying for a short time. The nimbus isn't really that great for an up special (especially if it doesn't appear 10% of the time...).
Pretty okay moveset otherwise.

Ok,I edited his Up Special.

It should be Instant Transmission. Have him float like Peach if you want floating.

GY's idea is much better.
I edited it so Instant Transmission is currently Goku's Up Special.

Nah, Instantaneous transmission is a little different. That's used for travelling LONG distances.

Y'know how in Dragon Ball Z, the characters disappear and re-appear a short distance away? That's not Instantaneous Transmission, because Vegeta along with almost every other character in DBZ can do it too. It's purely their incredible speed.

Nonetheless, It's pretty obvious what you meant, though. I just wanted to point that out. In other words, may I suggest you change the name from "Instant Transmission" to "Teleport"? It doesn't change anything, of course, but the name. The teleporting Up-B still stays the same.

Instantaneous Transmission should however be used for his entrance.

EDIT: But since this is Goku, I realized it doesn't matter. I suppose it would be cool to have him put his fingers to his head, and teleport behind the opponent.

AHA! I just realized a way to incorperate BOTH ideas! XD

Have the Instantaneous transmission for his Up-B, yes, but use this "teleport" thing I wrote about for his static dodge! Y'know... when you press down and guard together? Hehe, I can see it fitting perfectly. It'd actually be so cool to have that.

Ok,everyone's ideas are confusing me.
Should Instant Transmission be Goku's entrance,Up Special,or Down Special?

It should be his entrace AND Up special. I had a lot of mixed... opinions in my post there.
