From what game? Super smash brothers 63, Melee and even Brawl. Questions? Super Smash Bros 63? Never heard of it.
And I think you mean the laz0r guns. You're retarded. It's called a RayGun. Also, we just dont allow guns. It's not like Smash Bros. to do it, so we don't either. Lasers, explosives, mines are fine. James Bond was more known for his gadgets anyway.

They had to go with a new design when Rare was bought out by Microsoft, in 2002, Melee had the Goldeneye type since it was released in 2001.

Cloaking device too I think. According to the Smash Wiki, it was actually based off of Perfect Dark, another Rare Title, which also explains why it wasn't in Brawl.

That WAS a joke, pfft... You take everything too seriously, is this all because I've got the higher post count? Since your senseless aggressiveness started there.

| since i know there are going to be assists in this game some how, i will post a quote i made in another forum. it's an assist idea for mew ichigo off of tokyo mew mew (she would make a good assist cause she can reflect anything off her weapon's force field.) - khcat93 wrote:
also i figured how mew ichigo would be used as an assist. she pops out an constantly guards you with strawberry bell's force field, projectile attacks would be reflected and other attacks would hurt the opponent instead ok let the flaming on me begin :(

| To be honest, if we did include anime characters (I'm not saying we are or we aren't this is purely hypothetical), I doubt Mew Ichigo would be included, as I appear to be the only one of the devs who has actually heard of her, and we all have favourites that are far more popular choices.
Though assist trophies are still open to changes, we have to take into account originality as well as popularity. Anime characters as a whole are a difficult thing, since it seems that the Smash Bros community is divided between them. Tokyo Mew Mew just wasn't that iconic or interesting (I read some of the manga due to boredom last year).

It was never needed. For the record though, Assist Trophies are in no way confirmed. We're not even sure about normal trophies.

| yeah i know, *frustrated slightly* it doesn't really matter to me any way cause my animating skills arent awesome enough to contribute to a game at this point anyways. they would start off okay then they start to suck after a while cause i can't focus that long *coughadhdcough*. | |

| Well, Anime characters are kinda the reason why I think SSF2 is going the wrong way, lets not make SNBM go that way too, you know? The only anime character I'd like to see is Goku, but I still don't think he'd fit in a game like this. | |
