| Would they walk around afterwards after thrown?
BTW, I like the idea!
EDIT: Don't be afraid to tell me if my idea is bad, but here's my idea for an Assist Trophy… The Cheat from SBCG4AP! He'll deal rapid damage to an opponent with his chain whip then finish them off by throwing his bust of Van Buren causing a KO or even a Star-KO.
Afterwards, he's vulnerable to attacks, and can kinda be like a living Soccer Ball (item) in the sense that attacking him will knock him away, causing damage to anyone he hit's, even if it's the person who summoned him. If kicked around to much, he will wiggle back and forth until BOOM! his head explodes!!! If finished off with a fire-based strong attack, e.g. Falcon Punch, he instantly exploded in a flurry of fireworks (which act as projectiles)!
Help me to make this better if it's good. Or tell me it's bad if it is.

| And even so, who would want to play a H*R character as a Nuke bro.? That's why I made the Cheat an Assist Trophy. But let me know if somebody actually does want to play as, for example, Strong Bad.
Here's two idea's, but can only pick one! Which is it… Lasso, or Magnet?
They can both pull in characters so that you can steal their items (Think Meowth). They also change your char.'s aerial so that you use the item for a tether recovery – one is swinging the Lasso around to grab the ledge; the other is sweeping the magnet in front of you, and if it makes contact, it causes electrical damage.
The magnet would make a better throwing item due to it's bulk, and it's smash attack would be swinging/thrusting the magnet forward. (Again, causing electrical damage.)

| Ok, I'll PM you what I think should be the moveset and we could make a new topic or even post the moveset in the moveset topic. In the meantime, let's stop the Trog-spam.
So, what does everyone think of my Lasso or Magnet idea? (My sibling lies the Lasso better, but I can't think of any lassos in video games, though.)

| Ya, cut down on the Home-spam as well as the Trog-spam. So far as I'm concerned, the latter spam falls under the former.
If you want those guys so badly, why down you make a topic for each one in the "Character Discussion" section, or post the your moveset idea's for them in the Moveset topic, located in said section. This topic/section is for items. Not for random spam flings!
BTW, Who thinks we should have a separate topic for Pokeballs/Assist Trophies?: because theres a difference between Character Items and Assist Trophies. We could also use a "Forum Suggestions" topic where we can post crap like this.

| While we wait for TaroNuke to accept my topic idea, I'm going to do what I do best: clog this topic with a dozen more Assist Trophy ideas.
Since Ice Climbers won't make it to SNBM, they can be an Assist Trophy and summon the Iceberg! Or, simply preform their Blizzard attack back to back. The Iceberg has a chance 40% of occurring, whereas the Blizzard attack has a chance of 60%.

| Now, I'm not sure that AT's will be in Nuke either. Probably for the same reason that Olimar and the Ice Climbers can't be playable. | |

- Item
Pikmin A Pikmin sprouts out of the ground, to pick it up pluck it! Now you have a live pikmin in your inventory. Red Withstands any fire damage, Most balanced Pikmin Around Inflicts Fire Damage 13% HP
Blue Can swim in water Flies forward Gives normal damage 12% HP
Yellow Withstands Electricty damage Is Lunged upward Sends out Electric damage 11% HP
White Once killed a Poison Gas Comes out from it's body Flies the farthest forward Inflicts Poison damage 8% HP
Purple Strongest Pikmin Little Range Strongest one hit 19% HP
Once you grab a pikmin, it will act like an item, once you take damage it'll take damage too. If Burned, the pikmin will catch on fire, and die (Except for red) If you go swimming, it'll drown (Except for Blue)
Once thrown it'll latch onto the first person in contact, and inflict damage (Except for Purple)
Once it takes enough damage it dies, with it's ghost appearing out of you, with nothing else. But, with white once it dies a poison's gas starts to ooze out of your body, and cause damage, with no knockback on the your foes.
What do you think? | |

| It's cool, man. I mean, I like it. It would be cool to see those things coming out of crates, too. BTW, would they be stage-specific stages only appearing on "Unknown Planet", like how bananas and coconuts only appear on "Jungle Hyjinx"?
Also, Upside-Down Crates could hold enemies instead of items. Think Melee. Think Different.

| So bascially, if you have to do something within guidelines, you will say "screw it" and not do it? That explains A LOT.
Idea: Confusion Orb From: Original item; my idea Effect: You pick it up, throw it, and it causes an explosion that makes anyone caught in the blast have reverse controls (right goes left, left goes right, up goes down, down goes up) for a while, while mini birds fly around the character to signify the confusion.
What do you think? | |
