Yet another of DarthDragon's Character ideas............Darkrai

This may seem a bit bizzare, but I think Darkrai ought to be a character. It's true that if you look at it, only 2 Pokemon have been confirmed, Meowth and Pikachu. Well, what makes Darkrai more deserving of a character spot, this pwnsome moveset for him (the only defense on this trial )

Darkrai:

Standard Special: Shadow Ball
Just like Mewtwo in Melee. Simple enough except this may charge slightly longer for more power than Mewtwo's.

Side Special: Dark Pulse
Darkrai creates two shockwaves in front of him. The first just paralyzes the foe so the second can deal massive damage. However, the second wave only works on the foe if the first paralyzes him/her.

Up Special: Ominous Wind
Darkrai flies up while blades of shadowy wind rise with him to do damage

Down Special: Haze
Darkrai needs a defensive move too, right? Here's Haze, a move that releases a thick black cloud of smoke and it grows bigger over time for about a total of ten seconds. Like Wario Waft, the longer you go without using this move, the bigger it starts out like (there's a limit).

Super Nuke Finish: Dark Void
Darkrai creats a pitch black vortex that is giant and sucks in all nearby foes, it does multiple damage, then launches them outward with a giant hit with major knockback.

Why thank you! Truth be told, I thought people were gonna say that Darkrai wasn't good enough or something, but it's nice to hear that it was good!

Nice. I would change the standard-B though.
