Back on topic? Good idea. I wanted to say a few things.

I laughed when I saw how far this topic went.

You said that by having Ed, Edd n' Eddy, the game would be more popular. What on Earth makes you think having those three would make the game any more popular than having Goku instead? They aren't iconic characters, and despite their popularity (which actually isn't vast at all), including them would be one huge waste of space. Why use up three character slots on these guys when you can give them to way better suiting characters? Characters that can actually fight, maybe.

Havn't you played their videogames, they can fight, just like of how Ed and Eddy can fight in Mugen

Still, the slots would be better given to other characters. We don't have infinite space for characters. We have to have a limit on the roster. Taking up three spots for Ed, Edd and Eddy would be an extremely unpopular decision.

Not to mention MUGEN isn't the best game to look for characters, as there are thousands of them and all of them user-created, which means every idiot with a dumb idea can make a character in MUGEN.

But even Inuyasha and Naruto aren't justifiable, because they are:
a. Not Nintendo (Niether are Snake or Sonic, but they are within point B.)
b. Did not originate in a video game or the game company does not work with Nintendo in any way (i.e. Bungee)

I know but they are a better choice than the edds

There has been a vote of random characters (popularity, not meaning anything on the roster), and Naruto got second place. First was Pokemon Trainer 2 with Johto Starters. Which won't happen.
Anyway, It has already been stated multiple times that the Ed's will not be in Nuke, so I say this needs to be closed.
